Michele Spinola is the latest home owner to turn to Raffall to sell her property. Bouyed by the three successful raffles and not detered by those that have failed, Spinola is offering a 5 bedroomed home in the SW16 region of The Capital. It's close to train stations which provide access to the likes of Victoria and London Bridge. The actual location is not divulged and there's no valuation of the property provided. In fact there's very little information about the house and just a handful of images.

How To Enter

The semi-detached property has five bedrooms laid out over three floors including a loft conversion. There's an open plan kitchen/dining room plus an outside garden office at the bottom of the garden. Judging from the images on Raffall we're assuming there's also a space for parking off-road. As mentioned details about the property are very scant. For example we don't know if fees are included or what furnishings, if any, come as part of the property sale.

To enter the raffle you need to be registered with Raffall. This can be done via Facebook or email login. Once at the house raffle page it's a case of answering a question and purchasing tickets. The question pops up in a window which we found disappeared very quickly. Tickets only cost 2.50 and there's no limit to the number you can purchase. You can purchase online using debit cards. As far as we're aware this property competition is not making any donations to charity.

400,000 Ticket Sales

Spinola hopes to sell 400,000 tickets (total revenue 1million) by the start of 2021 in order to conclude the draw. If insufficient tickets are sold then the winners will receive a share of the compensation amounting to 75% of all ticket sales. All compensation payments are guaranteed and paid directly by Raffall Limited. This is a good thing for entrants as it gives a security blanket over their purchases. Remember if the competition fails then the promoter gets nothing.

If you're going to go to the effort of setting up a house raffle then it seems strange to not market your property to it's best. We think the promoters have missed a few simple steps such as providing detail and images about the prize on offer. The ticket volume and target revenue also seems a little on the high side. We found a similar property on Stanford Road, SW16 that has been recently renovated and was seeking offers over 625,000!
