That Prize Guy are another raffle style site that are active in the win a house sector. They also don't believe in long running promotions as this one is only slated to run for a short time. Once again That Prize Guy have opted to offer a new build home and after a quick search we can tell you that it's The Dunbridge built by Boland Reilly Homes. You can find out more about the development and see what else is available by visiting Skyline Real Estate and Propertypal. The latter link gives you more details about the property than That Prize Guy! The Dunbridge is valued at just under £250,000 according to Propertypal. Location wise it's in an area called Rowanvale which is in Bangor and North East of Belfast.

The Property

The property being offered is a brand new three bedroom house. Details from That Prize Guy are pretty limited with absolutely nothing given in terms of information. The main bedroom has an en-suite whilst there's a bathroom joining bedrooms 2 and 3 on the top floor. Downstairs there's a living room plus a kitchen/diner as well as a sun room that leads out to a garden. We don't think this property has a garage. The property is unfurnished but does have appliances and flooring. To assist the winner with moving in there's a £50,000 cash sum. That Prize Guy aren't including a car with this promotion. If the property and cash don't appeal but you still wish to enter then there's a £250,000 cash alternative on offer instead.

How To Enter The Competition

To enter the prize draw for the chance to win this new home in Northern Ireland you simply need to purchase your tickets from That Prize Guy. We don't think that you need to answer any questions this time round but you will need to be registered. Tickets can be purchased as singles and it seems the max you can purchase is 500. There are discounts should you opt to buy 3, 5 or 10 tickets. There is a free entry route offered for entrants who wish to take that option. Entry is via postcard and details about how to complete your entry are given on the website. Note that if you choose to enter via the NPN route then you'll need to be quick!

80000 Tickets

That Prize Giys aim to sell a maximum of 85000 tickets at £6.99 (total revenue of £594,150 provided all tickets sold at max price) in just a few weeks with the draw concluding on the 9th November 2023. This date will be earlier if all tickets are sold. As with Kilted and Elite, the ticket price is reasonable and there are discounts on the site (you may also find discounts on Facebook as the promotion proceeds). At time of writing just over 24,000 tickets had been sold so there's a long way to go. We'd estimate that That Prize Guy would need to shift another 20000 tickets in less than 48 hours to match the value of the house plus cash. As far as we're aware there are no payments being made to charity for this particular draw.

Our Verdict

Once again we'd like to see a little more information on That Prize Guy's site as it does lack details. Thankfully it is relatively easy - thanks to the small amount of information such as postcode and area - to make a good guess about the prize. Whilst Elite, Bounty and to a point even Kilted have done really well with ticket sales lately, this one does seem slower in comparison (25K tickets is still good but perhaps still short of a breaking even point?). That does make things intriguing. Can That Prize Guy shift enough tickets or will they end up losing on the deal? Will that make them more wary about future draws or will we see this one go round again. The good news is that we won't have to wait too long to find out. Enter Competition Here
