This property is a recent new build and is now offered as a prize in this competition. As well as the three bedrooms there's a fully fitted kitchen complete with integrated appliances. The property has a leasehold agreement that has 248 years left to run.
To take part you need to answer three multiple choice questions based on the property. Payment for tickets is via bank transfer and there's a free entry postal option detailed at the foot of the entry form.
The maximum number of tickets available are 135,000. If insufficent tickets are sold then a cash prize will be awarded based on fees received. Admin charges of 25% of fees will be retained by the promoter.
The competition does have a social media presence. At time of writing these hadn't been updated since the end of 2017.
