The property boasts six en-suite bedroom, a bespoke Smallbone kitchen, a 9 hole golf course, wine cellar, 32 acres and even a fully paid housekeeper for 4 years. Full details are given in the competition terms.

The closing date is now the end of March 2018. The promoter, Donna Pirie, aims to sell a maximum of 150,000 tickets. If the main prize is awarded then a further 3 x £10,000 prizes will also be given away. The competition is only open to residents in England, Wales and Scotland. No free entry option is available. In the event that the competition does not conclude with the main prize, a prize fund will be awarded instead. Deductions of 5% for admin, 20% to charity and a further 5% for further prizes will be actioned. The remainder will be deemed the cash prize.

The competition concluded at the end of March 2018. Douglas Rouse of Kent was the main winner whilst Craig Strachan (Laurencekirk), Alexander Taylor (Laurencekirk) and Lesley Tailford (Oxford) all won £10,000. It's interesting to see that two of the winners came from the same area as the property!

Details of the main prize are not available, but over £50,000 was paid out to charity. Assuming £50K represents 20% of sales, we can calculate that around 10,000 tickets were sold. This therefore means the main prize would be in excess of £150,000.
