The property has six bedrooms, and seven reception rooms. These include a games/snooker room, cinema room plus a modern kitchen with appliances. There's even a bespoke BBQ house in the landscaped gardens.

Fully Fitted Cinema

The winner of the competition will become the new owner of the property. In addition, all kitchen appliances are included, fully fitted cinema with screen & red leather chairs, made to measure furniture, BBQ house items, carpets, curtains, blinds and light fittings.

Unusually, the winner may have to pay some solicitor fees. Although a contribution of £1500 include VAT will be made. It should also be noted the running costs of the property are currently at £700 per month.

The owners aim to sell 250,000 tickets but a minimum of 130,000 paid sales are required for the house to be won. However if insufficient tickets are sold then a cash draw will take place for 75% of the value of tickets sold after costs.

As far as we're aware there's no charity contribution nor a clause in the terms to extend the closing date.

Cash Prize To Be Awarded

This competition concluded at the end of December 2018. The winner is expected to be announced on 9th January 2019. According to reports almost 30,000 tickets were sold which should mean a big cash prize will be awarded.

A winner from Christchurch was announced as the winner of £110,070 on 9th January. This result has caused huge ructions amongst entrants as the sum is much smaller than expected. It appears that almost £500,000 of the revenue generated has been retained by the owners who claim that it was for "marketing".
