The property is described as a double fronted home, with drive and garage, five bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, playroom and dining room. Stamp Duty and Legal Fees will be paid for by the promoter, which values the overall main prize at between £575,000 and £600,000.
Tickets are on sale at £10, expensive compared to similar competitions, but the promoters have realistic aims of minimum sales. There is a maximum sale limit of 250,000 too. Entrants who bulk buy can pick up bonus entries (e.g 50 tickets gets 10 bonus entries).
A free entry route is available via post, although it's not 100% clear where the entries should be sent. The competition question is a maths question - perhaps one of the harder questions for these kind of comps.
In the event that not enough tickets are sold then a closing date extension may occur. After that, a cash prize will be awarded based on the fees received. Note that this will be "equivalent to 70% of the Net Revenues (after deduction of any and all payment processing fees and bank account maintenance fees)".
Winner Announced
The winner of the competition was announced on the website on 14th August 2018. Details regarding the prize and number of tickets sold were not released. Details were also not published on Facebook.
