The success of the first Raffall win a property competition has sparked a chain reaction of me-toos but to date this is the most stylish home. Unfortunately we don't know much about it's locality but it has close proximity to Manchester, Leeds and Sheffield. The property also overlooks a 30 acre Victorian park so that might give you some idea of where it's at if you know the area. If you do then let us know so we can improve the accuracy of our postcode location.

How To Enter The Competition

The exact location is a bit of a mystery as is the valuation of the property on offer. The owner states that the "house was built in 1868 for a wealthy local mill owner on a tree lined road locally known as millionaires row" so we can assume it's potentially £500,000 or higher. What we do know is the property has had a new central heating system installed. The rooms are spread over 4 storeys including two large double bedrooms on the top floor and a snooker room/gym plus wine cellar in the basement. The wine cellar is described as well stocked so we assume the wine is included?

To enter the raffle you need to be registered with Raffall. This can be done via Facebook or email login. Once at the house raffle page it's a case of answering a question and purchasing tickets. The question pops up in a window which we found disappeared very quickly. Tickets only cost £2 and there's no limit to the number you can purchase. You can purchase online using debit cards. Unlike the other Raffall competitions to date this one is going to support good causes. A substantial donation to the Leeds General Infirmary Hospital is promisted and it's nice to see too.

500,000 Ticket Sales

The promoter hopes to sell 500,000 tickets (total revenue £1million) before the end of October in order to conclude the draw. If insufficient tickets are sold then the winners will receive a share of the compensation amounting to 75% of all ticket sales. All compensation payments are guaranteed and paid directly by Raffall Limited. This is a little bit different to house competitions run by individuals and should offer more assurance to entrants. The fact that the previous competition concluded within 4 weeks may also encourage entries.

This sounds like an attractive property and is most certainly the highest value one that's appeared on Raffall to date. Frustratingly details of the location are again being kept away from would be new owners. We understand the desire for safety but there needs to be some details divulged. The valutation is also important - especially when comparing it to ticket sale requirements. Thankfully this competition does give an explanation of the sales process if the contest completes. We also like the fact that the owner is promising to donate to charity. Enter Competition Here
