The Victorian property is described as having 4 double bedrooms, an orangery room and even an open air swimming pool. It also boasts a hot tub and log cabin within the grounds. The property is located in Grosmont which is close to the popular town of Whitby, North Yorkshire.

60,000 Ticket Target

Tickets cost £10 and to enter participants need to answer a multiple choice question. Registration is required. The competition is only open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales. Multiple entries are permitted up to a maximum of 10,000! As far as we're aware there's no option for a free entry.

The owners of Ings Bank House need to sell a minimum of 60,000 tickets (£600,000) to award the property as a prize. If this target is achieved then the home plus stamp duty costs will be awarded. Note that running costs and/or potential rental income details are not provided.

Cash Alternatives

If the ticket target is not reached by the closing date then the promotion may be extended by up to three months. After that, a cash alternative will be awarded if not enough tickets have been sold.

Three cash prizes representing 40%, 20% and 10% of the funds will be paid out to winners. Additionally, 20% of the funds will be donated to Cancer Research UK with just 10% being retained for marketing/admin costs.
