The property s located near to Dalston Junction train station and has a 119 year lease. According to the website it has a potential rental income of £33,000! To enter you need to answer a question about the local area. Note that a booking fee will be added to the £2 ticket cost.
It's also worth noting that "fees and responsibilities for the house conveyancing, solicitor fees and other costs shall be the sole responsibility of the contest grand prize winner".
WinAbode.com claim to be the UK's first property competition platform. As well as the Dalston flat competition they've also been offering jewellery prizes in other raffles. These promotions require only a few hundred entries and two have concluded. The winners are shown on the website.
As mentioned above, it's unclear how many tickets need to be sold. If the promotion is unsuccessful then a cash prize will be awarded. The amount will be determined by the entry fees received minus 12.5% plus VAT admin charges!
