Anything that Bear and McKinney can do then so can Bounty. Whilst the likes of Raffle House and FrogHopping scrabble around trying to get a foothold in the house prize draw sector alongside Omaze, it's established "raffle" sites that are being more proactive. Bounty have previously given away homes in the Aberdeen area and are now, like their competitors, venturing overseas with a holiday home prize. Located at Cuidad Quesada close to Alicante you have the chance of winning a three bedroom villa with pool plus cash. The property isn't brand new but was built in 2018. We've searched for other villas in the area but prices range from £100,000 upwards so we're estimating the value as £250,000 for our records (based on the cash alternative). Given that the property prize includes £22K for the winner and £10K for charity we can summise that the actual villa valuation may be lower.

About The Property

Details about the property are limited on the website. We know it's a three bedroom villa that includes private pool, hot tub, gated entrance, electric gates, solar panels and CCTV. All furniture is included! All Fees to transfer into the winners name will also be paid for. The location is 28 minutes from Alicante which makes it ideal for a holiday home or holiday let. However Bounty don't tell us how much rental could be achieved or any community fees that may be involved. Furthermore it's not clear whether Bounty will be paying to fly the winners out to sign the papers at the local Notary etc. Whilst these details aren't vital we do think it helps clarify everything involved in the actual process.

How To Enter The Competition

Entry to the prize draw is very easy. All you have to do is select your raffle ticket(s) and go on and purchase them. If you're not keen on trying to find your own lucky number then there is a lucky dip option. The latter is actually quite useful as it does save you wading through the lists of numbers trying to find one that appeals. Once you've picked your numbers then head to the checkout where you'll need to login/register and pay. Note that there are no questions to answer! If you're interested then a no purchase necessary route is offered in the site's terms and conditions.

51000 Tickets

Bounty Competitions aim to sell 51000 tickets before the end of January in order to complete the draw. Assuming all tickets are sold at full price that equates to £509,490. There's no need to worry about what will happen if the competition doesn't sell enough tickets because it's already well on it's way to completion. As of 3rd January - so just 72 hours after launching - an incredible 21,295 tickets have been sold. We'd be very surprised if this particular promotion doesn't close within the week. No charitable donations are being made by Bounty with respect to this draw, but the winner is given £10K to donate to a charity of their choosing - although we assume that's only if they accept the property and not the cash prize.

Our Verdict

It looks like the end of 2022 and start of 2023 will get off to a good start with a number of home winners. However it does seem strange that it's not the likes of Raffle House leading the way in this sector but established prize draw sites. It does beg the question how do the likes of McKinney, Bounty and Bear manage to be so successful in such short periods of time with their promotions whereas FrogHopping, Raffle House and the like can't get even close! Anyway this one is selling well and someone is either going to be £250,000 better off by the end of the month or have the keys to their own Spanish dream villa. Enter Competition Here
