The prize of a £1.3million property in Saltburn By The Sea awaits the winner of this competition. 28,000 tickets need to be sold. The initial closing date has passed and therefore has been extended.

The property includes a Stone Farmhouse with 3 bedrooms, 8 Stables, 18.6 Acres of Land, Tack Room, Feed Room, 6 Car Garage, Barn and Workshop. Furniture is not included. As well as the main first prize, additional prizes of a Samsung Curved 4k TV are available to 2nd and 3rd placed winners.

The promoters also are aiming to donate £5000 to Children With Cancer and a further £5000 to SARA (Saltburn Animal Rescue). The 2nd and 3rd prizes plus the donations are on the proviso that all 28,000 tickets are sold.

In the event that all tickets aren't sold then the competition may be extended for up to 20 weeks. If the target isn't reached then a cash prize will be awarded. This will be distributed to 3 winners (60%, 30% and 10%) after a donation to charities and a 10% deduction to cover administration fees. This is the most expensive of the current crop of competitions. However do keep an eye on the website for special offers. E.g for Valentine's you can buy 2 tickets and get 1 free. We're assuming that the three tickets go towards the desired 28,000 total.

Another point worth noting is that the website does not give any indication of running costs for the property.

Barns Farm Life ended their competition on 31st December 2018. Their website has been closed and details of the winner will be posted on Facebook. The final draw for the Win Barns Farm Competition will be taking place on the 19th January 2019, this will also be live streamed to Facebook.
