As well as the three bedrooms the property includes a newly refurbished bathroom, newly fitted kitchen and a seperate studio. There's also off street parking for four cars. To enter you need to answer a question about the colour of the property's front door.
If the competition is unsuccessful then a cash prize will be given to the winner. This will be the total amount of entries minus 30% administration charges and minus a £10,000 charity donation. The charity donation will go to Dogs On The Street (DOTS).
We had reported that this competition would close at the end of November 2018, but discovered it in fact ended in August. The website simply reveals the winner as a Mr Tobin but offers no details as to whether he won the house or a cash sum. All the social media links have been removed.
