The prize would have been a five bedroom detached property with lounge and dining room, kitchen, storage garage and nice sized rear garden.
The competition has concluded as advertised following it's three months extension. However the promoters report that they "did not sell enough tickets to give the house away. The good news is that someone will win a life changing Cash Pot instead". They are now waiting to proceed with selecting a winner for the cash prize.
The winner is expected to be announced before the end of February. The promoter has also revealed that they received 37,176 although this includes free entries.
According to the terms, the cash prize will be the amount of fees minus 15% to cover admin costs. Additionally expenses for website, payment solution and legal fees will also be deducted before determining the value of the prize.
