Shamus Fitzsimons is offering Dullatur House as first prize in this contest. It features 7 bedrooms, swimming pool, sauna, one acre of gardens and plenty of original features. A second prize of £10,000 plus 10 x £1000 third prizes will be awarded if the competition runs it's full course and all tickets are sold.

The property was originally advertised at a value of £800,000 but this has been changed on the website to £625,000. To enter the competiton you need to purchase a ticket via Eventbrite and also answer a multiple choice question about the property.

If the number of tickets sold doesn't meet the promoters needs then a cash prize will be awarded. The amount will be allocated after the deduction of any expenses and marketing fees. The amount to be deducted isn't shown on the website.
