Mike Chatha is running yet another property competition through his Win Your Dream site. This time you have the chance to win a £1.4million property in Market Bosworth plus a 2019 £85K Maserati car. Tickets cost just £2 each.

Described as a state-of-the-art Eco Home, this property is Market Bosworth is most certainly a dream home and looks like something off Grand Designs. It even haas a grass roof installed to conserve the loss of heat. Inside you'll find five bedrooms, luxury kitchen/breakfast area and family room. If all this house wasn't enough for you then an £85,000 Maserati is included in the prize too. Registered in 2019 the motor has only 4,500 miles on the clock. Legal Expenses up to £1000, stamp duty and the first year of Council Tax are included in the prize.

How To Enter The Competition

Win Your Dream follows the same formula as other competitions involving Mike Chatha. Coles Hall sadly failed to complete but Shrubbery Farm did and Win Your Dream is on course. To enter this competition you first need to answer a multiple choice question. Don't worry if you get the answer incorrect because you're told the answer is wrong and to try again. You can only purchase tickets once you have the right answer. Tickets cost £2 each and using the form you can initially purchase 1 to 50. The terms don't state if there's a maximum number that you can purchase. Entries are limited to UK residents only.

For the property and car to be won the promoters are seeking to sell a minimum of 712,500 tickets (£1.425million revenue). However they can potentially sell a maximum of 1,000,000 (£2million revenue) by the initial closing date of 27th October. For those of you who prefer to enter without buying tickets then a free postal entry route is available. However the details for the postal entry seem to be missing from the website. We'd suggest sending your entry to the home address but it's unclear whether you'd need to add the competition answer?

Refer A Friend

As in previous competitions run by Chatha, and as is now common, there's a referral element. Anyone that purchases a ticket can use their own link to encourage others to purchase. If someone purchases via your link then you can earn free tickets. Additionally there's a £5000 reward for the the person whose sharing activity results in the most ticket sales. At the moment our referral link is not being used on this article but we are verifying with the promoter the legitimacy of us using it.

If insufficient tickets are sold by the closing date the promoter reserves the right to extend the closing date by up to 3 months at their discretion. However if they decide to close the competition without being able to offer the property then a cash prize will be awarded. This will be 80% of the cash receipts with the remainder going to the promoter "to cover Administration and Marketing expenditure". Some of the income will be donated to the The Steve Bull Foundation and Promise Dreams charities. They are guaranteed at least £10,000 but that could rise to £120,000.

Despite the competition closing date extending a couple of times the ticket total - including paid entries, share entries and free entries - was just under 89,000. Therefore £100,000 was awarded as the main prize. A donation of £11,000 was made to a charity, Rushton Dog Rescue, which rescues and rehomes dogs. This is in addition to a £15,000 donation made earlier in the competition.
