The property is a converted Grade II listed Stone Chapel complete with castellated Bell Tower. It has three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. It's suggested that the property will be good for Airbnb rental as it's claimed it can bring in £30,000 (just weekends) - £100,000 (full time) a year in Airbnb income.

Participants need to answer a question on Swythamley to take part. Note that a £10,000 donation to a registered charity or recognised good cause of the Winner's choice will be made at the successful conclusion of the competition.

As well as the house prize, the promoter has also ran additional competitions including a 2012 BMW X5, 40D M-Sport car. Keep an eye on their website and social media for details of these extras.
