According to You Laddr the property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is "situated just moments from Harrods department store". Council Tax will be paid for the first year and rent is estimated at £1200 per week.

Skill Competition

The car included in the prize package is a Chelsea Truck Company’s Exclusive Jeep Wrangler worth £65,000. It's not brand new and has 800 miles on the clock. Full details about the car, parking permits and insurance are given on the site.

This is a genuine skill based competition, a bit like Best Of The Best! The position of the ball will be decided by a judging panel. The panel will include one professional cricket player and the winner will be selected in front of members of the press and a solicitor. You can get free tickets with Your Laddr by referring friends. For every 1 ticket sold through your link you will receive a £2 coupon. If the required number of tickets aren't sold then a cash prize will be awarded. The cash prize amount will be the total amount raised through the sale of tickets less 5%.

The winner of this competition was chosen on 14th September 2018. According to the website the 'spot the ball' position was chosen by Middlesex Cricket player Steven Finn. Two entrants were closest to the ball and so a second draw was conducted to decide the overall winner.

Your Laddr have given no indication of the number of tickets sold or how much was won. The site, that was set up as a potential portal for further competitions, now only contains information of the draw.
