Owned by Aspire Competitions Ltd, this competitions site launched in 2019. They're based in the South West and say that they are "focussing on bringing you the very best in VW Campers, Bikes and latest tech, with prizes to be won each week". They boldly claim to be UK & Ireland's Best Competition Website and do like to run multiple prize draws where the entry cost is low. At time of writing the lowest cost price was 10p whilst the highest just 99p. When compared to other sites this is very reasonable. Aspire offer entrants a mixture of draws with live results and autodraws. Autodraws are where the winner is picked by computer and posted when the promotion ends. They're one of the few sites that are active in 2025 that don't seem to be running instant wins.
Prizes At Aspire Competitions
At time of writing (June 2025) Aspire were hosting 46 different prize draws. Of these 40 are autodraws! Prizes are spread across a number of categories including cash, holidays, tech, cars and lifestyle. You can filter the prize draws by these categories but the site could benefit from options to order giveaways by price and tickets sold. Amongst the prizes on offer (June 2025) are a Nintendo Switch 2, Lake Garda Holiday, Croatia Holiday, £10000, Dryrobes, Wine, Dewalt Tools, Arbarth 595, Porsche 365A Outlaw, 2020 Harley Davidson, Alanis Morrisette Tickets and a Shark Cryoglow Mask. A lot of the prize draws have sold plenty of tickets but you may occasionally find a low odds one for prizes that are less desirable. For example the Harley has sold just 15% compared to 33% for the cars. Aspire have dabbled with
house competitions but haven't revisited the sector late 2024.
How To Enter Aspire Competitions
To enter a draw on Aspire Competitions you simply need to answer a question and pay for your entry. Select the prize that you'd like to win and answer the multiple choice question. Note that you won't be told whether the answer selected is right or wrong so Google is your friend if you're unsure of any answers. Once the answer has been locked in then you can choose how many tickets to purchase. Each competition has a maximum you can buy depending on how many are on offer for that particular draw. Aspire will assign ticket numbers daily by 10pm, well before the live draw takes place. These are randomly assigned and then posted on the website for full transparency. All draws have a no purchase necessary option but what if the ticket price is less than the price of a stamp? Aspire say that "each postal entry will be credited with multiple competition entries equivalent to the postage value" which is excellent.
Do People Win Aspire Competitions?
Aspire Competitions boast over 11659 winners and these can all be viewed on site. Each winner element shows the prize won, the winner's name, winning ticket number and a link to the live FB draw. There's even an interactive map showing winners by locality which is great for nosing to see who's won in your area. Entry lists are provided on site although these tend to be for active and recent competitions. In our opinion it would make sense to link up the entry lists to each respective winner section just to make it more complete. All draws are done via Facebook Live and Youtube and it's all done with transparency. The guys doing the draw show the tickets sold online and then select a winner via Google's random number generator. They do try and contact the winner live. Charity is well supported at Aspire and they state that 316 charities have received donations from them. Nearly £25,000 has been paid out to good causes.
Responsible Play & Other Reviews
Despite being "The UK & Ireland's Best Competition Site" Aspire Competitions make no reference to responsible play. They're not obliged to but we think it sets a high standard. There are no tools with respect to deposit limits or exclusion but there is an option to delete your account. Further to responsible play, Aspire do offer cheap tickets but you can max out to quite a high number. For example for The Harley Davidson draw you could purchase up to £700 of tickets! Over on Trustpilot Aspire Competitions have a large number of 5* reviews although it's not clear whether these have been encouraged. In terms of 1* reviews most of them seem to be from entrants who haven't won. We couldn't see any bad comments regarding postal entries or prizes not being delivered.
Our Verdict
Aspire Competitions has a lot to like! We like the fact that they do support a number of charities and are transparent with pretty much everything that goes on with respect to the site, competitions and draws. The NPN approach is refreshing! All players can also earn Aspire Points by playing on the site and also for referring other entrants. You get 5 aspire points for every £1 spent and 100 points represents a £1 discount. There are other plus points for Aspire including the price tags. It's nice to see reasonably priced tickets. On the downside we don't see any responsible play messages on the site although each competition does have a ticket limit per player. We're also not a fan of autodraws. Competition sites need transparency and we're not sure autodraws help. We're not sure they're "The UK & Ireland's Best Competition Site" but they're doing a lot of good things.
