About Redline Competitions

Redline Automotive Ltd - from Gaz and Mike - are the company behind Redline Competitions. After running several popular Facebook motoring pages they decided that they wanted to offer big competitions with low stakes. At time of writing (March 2022) they were had nince active promotions including a Series 2 Escort RS Turbo. The bulk of the prizes seem to be cash and cars. However tech goodies such as TVs and consoles have been offered as prizes in previous raffles. Note that the cars are second hand. Each prize draw indicates the number of tickets that are available as well as those that have been sold.

How To Enter Redline Competitions

To enter a draw at Redline simply select a competition and then answer the multiple choice question. Select the number of tickets you'd like to purchase before going on to complete the transaction. The cash competitions are typically £1.99 whilst you can pay up £9.95 or £14.95 for the car prizes. Redline do limit the number of entries per person in each competition. We think this is a responsible approach and something not often seen with raffle sites.

No Purchase Necessary

Each raffle has a fixed number of tickets that can be sold. If they are not all sold then Redline reserve the right to extend the closing date three times by up to 28 days per extension. However their competitions do seem to sell well and this means that they then guarantee the prize will be given away on a fixed closing date regardless of whether maximum ticket sales are reached. No purchase is needed to enter. Details of a postal route are explained in the terms and conditions.

Redline Competitions Winners

According to Redline's website they've created 225 winners and given away just under £1.6million in prizes. The winners page announces the latest results although the information is limited. You need to go to their Facebook page to see the live draws and results. Redline use Google's random number generator for their draws. They also try and contact the winner there and then to deliver the good news. Entry lists for each competition are also available which is great in terms of transparency.

Our Verdict

Redline have over 67,000 followers on Facebook plus there's a private group of nearly 7000 followers. It may be worth joining that as the intro says "exclusive early access discounts to our latest competitions". The Redline website isn't as glossy as some of it's rivals but there are some positives including ticket entry limits. There aren't any responsible play messages though. The cheaper tickets do make it worth a look.
