Aside from Omaze, Tramway Path has been the most successful dedicated property prize draw platform in The UK with their 100% record in creating home winners. Daniel Twenefour is the inspiration behind Tramway Path and together with his brothers they've sold tickets to giveaway apartments in London, a house in Medway and even a trio of apartments perfect for rental. Tramway have been canny by not constantly running promotions but by utilising the media for promotion. They even had a Channel 4 documentary about them. The Twenefours changed their model slightly recently by offering entrants the chance to win a cash prize to buy a property wherever they like. Surprisingly they've not (yet) looked to add subscriptions.
