RBS Six Nations Rugby Ticket Competitions and Prizes

Next Friday sees the start of The 2011 Six Nations tournament when the mighty Wales will be looking to kick off their campaign with a crushing victory over England. Having lived in Wales now for over 10 years and had the fortune to be at The Millennium Stadium in 2008 to experience a Grand Slam victory it’s hard not to support them – for rugby anyway.

Anyway, tickets for the games are often hard to come by but there are a few competitions around with tickets up for grabs. Here’s a quick look at how you can win Six Nations tickets.

Totally unbiased the first competition is for tickets to see Wales v England from Wales Online. You’ll need to be quick as this one closes on 1st February – just answer a question to enter the draw. If you win make sure you know the words to Delilah and when to laugh during the song.

You have slightly less time to win tickets for the same match over at Daily Mail. This one closes midday on 31st January. Important to note that the game takes place at The Millennium Stadium on Friday February 4 with a 7.45pm kick off. Hotels are often fully booked and trains are useless so you might need to drive in to Cardiff!

Most Six Nation Competitions centre around England. Top10.com have tickets for England v Scotland at Twickenham on offer – there’s a Blackberry and some vouchers too if you’re interested. For this one you’re going to need to send them (via Facebook) a picture of you in fancy dress. Get in up to them before 5pm on Tuesday 1st February 2011.

If you head over to Sky Sports they have two tickets to each of England’s RBS 6 Nations matches at Twickenham on offer. enter by the 9th and you can win tickets to see them take on Italy, France and Scotland. The Sky Sports competition is in association with Greene King and they themselves have a competition running. You have until 16th February to enter this one.

For Ireland and Scotland fans there are a couple of competitions open to see your heroes play at home thanks to The Rugby Blog. They have tickets for Ireland v France and for Scotland v Wales. There are also tickets for a number of matches available to be won over at Sportsvibe.

We expect they’ll be a few more Six Nations Ticket Prizes coming up during the tournament, so keep your eyes peeled and make sure you give them a try (well we needed a rugby pun somewhere). If you spot a competition we’ve not got listed then do feel free to let us know.

Thanks Jason. There are usually several comps to win tickets for the Murrayfield games and I’ve been lucky a few times before, but I’ve been searching and there seem to be very few this year. I’ll keep watching.
