How do you fancy winning your very own £20,000 personalised world tour? Well, that’s the prize that’s on offer to entrants of the intro promotion from new group buying offers site Idealy. The prize is described as “your own personalised world tour and travel to your 10 favourite cities” – and has that huge prize value attached to it! There’s also a blog competition to win an iPad 2 (hooray).
Idealy groups together the group buying offers from the likes of Groupon and KGB Deals and mashes them up into an easy to use format. You can quickly find the latest deals taking place in your city, how long’s left for the deal to run and how many people have taken up the offer. The site runs similar versions worldwide too.
But what about that holiday competition?
To take part all you have to do is register your details and agree to receive an email about offers in your nearest City. If you’re feeling social you can get extra entries by inviting your friends. The more you invite by email, the more chances you get (we’re not overly keen on this aspect of the competition – hopefully iDealy are watching out for any cheating). You can get extra entries by sharing the competition on Facebook and Twitter too.
The competition runs until 15th April.
The winner will get a “3-day stay in each of the 10 cities chosen by the winner, in the following countries : France, Italy, Spain, Germany, UK, USA, Brazil, Mexico, Russia, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore”. We presume you don’t have to take all the holidays at the same time – although a 30 day world tour sounds pretty cool. There’s an iPad 2 on offer for second place and vouchers for 10 further winners.
Bloggers can get in on the act by writing about the site and competition. There’s an iPad 2 on offer, so if you have a blog (and it doesn’t need to be about competitions) why not get yourself involved? It takes just a few minutes to write and with possibly not that many entries you’ll have a better chance of winning than the other iPad 2 competitions featured on Loquax.
Disclaimer – this blog has been written as an entry for the iPad 2 competition! If we can do it, so can you!
